Key Eligibility Criteria
- Business Stream Requirements: Business Innovation stream: Must have ownership in Australian business with turnover AUD 300,000+
- Investor Stream Requirements: Investor stream: Must have maintained complying designated investment of AUD 2,500,000 for 4 years
- Provisional Visa Holder: Must currently hold or have held a subclass 188 provisional visa
- Australian Residence: Must have lived in Australia on the provisional visa for the required period
- Significant Investor Requirements: SIV stream: Must have maintained complying significant investment of AUD 5,000,000 for 4 years
