Key Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Be under 45 years of age to be invited to apply.
- Character requirements: You and any family members aged 16 years and over who apply for the visa with you must meet our character requirement.
- Health requirements: You and any family members who apply for the visa with you must meet our health requirement.
- English language proficiency: Have at least competent English.
- Australian values statement: You and any family members aged 18 years and over who apply for the visa with you must have read, or had explained to you, the Life in Australia booklet and confirm you will respect the Australian way of life and obey Australian laws when you sign an Australian Values Statement.
- No debt to the Australian Government: You must have no outstanding debts to the Australian Government or have arranged to repay any outstanding debts to the Australian Government.
- Previously cancelled visa: You might not be eligible for this visa if you have had a visa cancelled or refused while you were in Australia.
- Skilled occupation: Have an occupation on the relevant skilled occupation list.
- Financial: settlement_funds: Sufficient funds for initial settlement in Australia

Ensure assessment is current at invitation date. Match occupation code exactly with EOI. Renew assessment if close to expiry. Check assessment covers all claimed experience.
Points Claim Could Not Be Verified
Provide comprehensive evidence for every point claimed. Include employer letters with specific duties and dates. Have qualifications assessed. Keep all original documents.
EOI Details Did Not Match Application
